We have a thorough process for familiarizing ourselves with the property during the onboarding process and then with our virtual inspections during each turnover. This not only helps us to prevent needs through regular maintenance it also helps us to anticipate needs and provide clear instructions in the guidebook, automated messages, and signs in well-appointed locations.
Does Pillow + Palm provide guests with referrals and recommendations?
Pillow + Palm provides a concierge-style referral service. We will familiarize ourselves with all the best your location has to offer and will help your guests find exactly what it is they are looking for.
How does Pillow + Palm respond to grievances or refund requests?
While Pillow + Palm goes to lengths to make sure expectations are clear prior to guests’ arrival, occasionally something could go wrong. Pillow + Palm will respond with professionalism and empathy while following the policies laid out by the owner.
Does Pillow + Palm take care of the guest reviews?
Yes, Pillow + Palm will write thoughtful reviews with detailed comments and appreciation for guests. Pillow + Palm will review on the day of checkout after the home has been inspected. If anything but a 5-star review is recommended Pillow + Palm will report issues and concerns to the owner prior to posting the review.
