Pillow + Palm will help you set up a trustworthy, reliable team for cleaning, laundry and maintenance. We can also work with your existing team if you already have one in place. We will take over all of the logistics to ensure that turnovers are complete and that maintenance needs are not only responded to quickly but needs are anticipated through regular inspection and preventive scheduled maintenance.
We do a virtual inspection after every turnover to make sure that the house is not just clean, but guest ready. Meaning everything has been staged, restocked, and inspected. This requires going through a detailed cleaning inspection check-list and inventory check-list to ensure that items that are running low are pre-ordered in plenty of time. We check to make sure everything is working optimally, that the batteries are replaced, the light bulbs are bright, and that anything that requires maintenance is attended to in a way that does not inconvenience your guests.

Yes, Pillow + Palm will take care of all of the scheduling and logistics, and when required will schedule with your trusted handyman be on site to ensure that the work is complete as requested.
Who pays the cleaner, laundry service, and maintenance or repair service providers?
The owner will pay the service providers directly. Pillow + Palm will do all the requrired scheduling and communication. The owner will be able to choose their desired level of participation from involved in all communication to just recieving the service providers invoice.
Who hires and or replaces service providers?
The owner hires and decides if a service provider is not a good fit. Pillow + Palm is there to make referrals, help find reliable, well-respected, and affordable service providers, getting multiple quotes when appropriate so that the owner can make an informed decision.
Does Pillow + Palm coordinate the compilation of multiple quotes for repairs?
Yes, Pillow + Palm will be there to get multiple quotes so that the owner can make an informed decision and hire the best service provider for the job. Whenever possible it is recommended to establish a relationship with a consistent service provider so you have a go to when speed is a priority.
